  • Design, plan, procure, and construct precast facilities used for the fabrication of Precast concrete.
  • Design and implement standard Quality Systems and procedures.
  • Draft, maintain, and control manufacturing processes and work instructions. Analyse manufacturing processes to identify and execute improvements.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate and exercise functional authority to ensure goals and objectives of project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and job cost parameters.
  • Implement processes and systems.
  • Seek, recruit, hire and train the required work force and staff to execute and manage the project.
  • Build and motivate teams.
  • Oversee all plant activities and manufacturing operations including scheduling, warehousing, production, product storage, loading and shipping.
  • Manage the required materials, equipment and tools needed for daily plant production following quality standards.
  • Draft and interpret specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.
  • Study engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs.
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, to assist in budgetary control.
  • Monitor and manage changes to designs, assess effects on cost, and measure, value and negotiate variations to design.
  • Design, organize and oversee the construction, operation, and maintenance of the manufacturing process of Precast concrete products.
  • Optimize the workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data, and production schedules to ensure usage of resources is cost effective.
  • Are responsible for the operation of the facility, cost and production control, process standardization.
  • Establish and manage the Precast Facility with full operational, production, team and P&L responsibility.
  • Plan, design, and execute specialized testing programs. i.e., loaded full-size tunnel segment fire test, concrete mix design development, etc.
  • Manage key stakeholders.
  • Implement LEAN Manufacturing along the production lines.
